Corn beef glazed with a dijon,honey,molasses sauce.Side dishes are,mashed potatoes with sour cream and chives,carrots and parsnips with a cinnamon ginger glaze.
Served with butternut squash soup with apple and bacon.Side dishes were roasted fingerling potatoes and spinach salad with GorgonzolaDijon dressing.Wine was Heron Hill semi-sweet riesling.
Actually did this in a crock-pot.Would have preferred it on the grill.Sides were stuffing with rice,cranberries,and winter squash.Wine was Heron Hill eclipse white.
