Hickory Smoked Beer Can Chicken

Cooked 6 hrs at 250 degrees.Served with salt potatoes and simple salad.Wine was Heron Hill Pinot Noir.

Grilled Pizza

These were done on the grill.Place dough on med grill,cook till bottom is slightly brown.Flip dough over,put on toppings and grill til done.
